Village house with large garden and interior patio. The house has an entrance where we have a work studio, living room with fireplace, a bathroom, barbecue and garage with space for two medium cars. In the middle is a small oasis with plenty of space, trees and gardens. Entering through the other part of the house we have a large kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, four bedrooms and an interior patio. Catral is a municipality located in the province of Alicante, Spain. It is located in the Valencian Community and is part of the region (district) of Vega Baja del Segura. The town of Catral is located in the southern part of the province, approximately 15 kilometers inland from the Costa Blanca. Catral has a population of around 9,000 people. The area is known for its agricultural activities, in particular the cultivation of citrus, vegetables and olive trees. The local economy is also supported by industries such as construction, services and tourism. As for the attractions, Catral has a series of historical and cultural landmarks. The Church of St. John the Baptist, a beautiful eighteenth-century church, is one of the city's architectural highlights. The Ermita de Santa Águeda, a small hermitage perched on a hill, offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The town also hosts various festivals and events throughout the year, among which the Patron Saint Festivities in honor of the patron saint, San Juan Bautista, which takes place in the month of June. During these festivities, visitors can enjoy traditional music, dances, processions and fireworks. In addition, Catral benefits from its proximity to the coast, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy the nearby beaches and tourist destinations of the Costa Blanca, such as Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja.
